Head of AI led operating model transformation

Your Role

• Lead end‑to‑end operating model transformation initiatives with AI integrated into core processes, decision flows, and governance.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing team of 20 strategy and process consultants.
• Develop AI‑first frameworks, assets, and accelerators to support global demand.
• Engage with senior executives and CXO stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee delivery excellence across multi‑location, multi‑cultural client environments.
• Lead sales and pre‑sales activities including proposals, solutioning, and business cases.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of consulting experience with strong exposure to operating model design, enterprise transformation, or process consulting.
• Proven track record leading medium or large consulting teams.
• Experience with AI/ML‑driven transformation (strategy, process, or implementation).
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• MBA from a Tier‑1 institute.
