Your Role
We are hiring Google Workspace Administrator with experience range 4 to 6 years for locations in Bangalore and Pune. The ideal candidate will lead cloud migration strategies, design scalable AWS solutions, and ensure seamless transitions for enterprise applications. - Drive Architecture and Engineering initiatives for the Messaging environment, including cloud based initiatives.
- Administer, manage and maintain the Google Workspace ecosystem.
- Identify new and innovative ways to use existing tool sets to automate management, monitoring and related processes to increase efficiency.
- Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell or other scripting technology, developing scripts for automating processes.
- Support users and staff with issues related to connectivity to the messaging systems, that includes support for GMail, message tracking and message relays.
- Apply new solutions through research and collaboration with the team and determine the course of action for new application initiatives.
- Implement new software solutions as required by the business.
Your Profile
- Google Workspace Administration: experience managing users, groups, organizational units, and services across Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and other Workspace apps using both Admin Console and GAM.
- Email Systems & Protocols: Strong understanding of email infrastructure and protocols including SMTP, IMAP, POP3, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Email Security & Compliance: Skilled in configuring spam/phishing protection, virus filtering, DLP policies, retention rules, and e-discovery tools.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure, focusing on identity management and integration with email systems.
- IT Operations & Support: Proven Tier 2/3 support experience in enterprise environments, including troubleshooting, break/fix tasks, and system optimization.
- Automation & Scripting: Experience using Google Apps Script and PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
