Your Role
We are hiring experienced GKE Lead with 6 to 9 years of expertise in containerization, Kubernetes (GKE), and cloud-native architecture for PAN India. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and with a proven track record in designing secure, scalable container platforms for enterprise workloads.

- Design, deploy, and manage GKE clusters for enterprise applications
- Implement monitoring and alerting for GKE clusters using tools such as Prometheus; Stackdriver; or Grafana.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with GKE services; including Autoscaler; Load Balancing; Networking; and IAM.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Collaborate with platform engineering teams on migration strategies and workload optimization.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and performance standards.
- 6–9 years of experience in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Strong proficiency in GCP services and Google Cloud architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and GitOps.
- Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Solid understanding of platform engineering, cloud migration strategies, and enterprise workload design.
- Good to have GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Kubernetes Engineer) are a plus.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Your Profile
- Expertise in designing and managing scalable, secure GKE clusters.
- Advanced knowledge of Dockerfile optimization, multi-stage builds, and image security.
- Proficiency in Terraform and Config Connector for automating GKE provisioning.
- Experience with Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Argo CD for automated deployments.
- Strong understanding of GCP networking, IAM, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
- Skills in VPC-native clusters, workload identity, network policies, and binary authorization.
- Implementation of GitOps workflows and DevOps automation for cloud-native applications.
