The Opportunity:
Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Global GCP Capability Leader at the Senior Director/VP level. This role will be responsible for leading and developing global capabilities within our organization, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and driving excellence across various functions.
This person will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Lead the development and implementation of global capability strategies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to capability teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure alignment of capability development efforts with overall business strategy and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of capability development programs and initiatives.
