Your Role

We’re hiring GAM Specialists in Bengaluru to join our Identity & Access Management team. This role is vital for managing and controlling user access across enterprise systems. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience in IT security, IAM, or related fields, with strong knowledge of access protocols, automation, and compliance. 

• Set up and manage user access rights based on roles and responsibilities
• Implement and maintain security policies for identity and access management
• Monitor and audit access logs to detect unusual activity or potential breaches
• Support multi-factor authentication and password management systems
• Work with IT and security teams to ensure access controls are aligned with business needs
• Help onboard and offboard users securely and efficiently.

Your Profile

• Good understanding of IAM/UAM concepts
• Familiar with tools like Active Directory, Active Roles (Quest), Azure AD & ServiceNow
• Comfortable with access protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth
• Able to write basic scripts (PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
