Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Genesys Developer / Contact Center Integration Specialist to design, develop, and support enterprise contact center solutions. You will work on Genesys cloud and on‑prem platforms, integrating telephony systems and enterprise applications to deliver scalable, reliable, and high‑performance customer engagement solutions.

Your Profile

  • Design, develop, and integrate Genesys solutions with telephony systems (PBX, VoIP), CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications to enable seamless data flow and customer interactions.
  • Develop and consume Genesys Web Services (GWS) and enterprise APIs for data exchange, workflow automation, and system integrations using REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genesys configurations, integrations, and performance-related issues; diagnose defects, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system stability.
  • Monitor system health, analyze logs, and implement proactive measures to maintain reliability and operational excellence.
  • Work with cloud-based Genesys platforms such as Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) and Genesys Engage and customize solutions using Java, JavaScript, .NET (C#), or VoiceXML.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high‑quality solutions within defined timelines.
