Generic BA

Job Description

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and support solution design discussions.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, developers, and testers.
- Facilitate requirement sign-offs and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Support SIT, UAT, production validation, and defect resolution activities.
- Assess impacts of business and regulatory changes.
- Support Agile/Scrum project delivery and change management activities.
- Work on Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending, Payments, and Digital Banking initiatives.
- Participate in API integration, data migration, and modernization projects.
- Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory standards including KYC, AML, FATCA, and Basel guidelines.
