Your Role

Experienced Functional Test Lead with strong expertise in GxP compliance, and FDA‑aligned validation. Proficient in functional testing, Agile delivery, and defect management using Jira, with a track record of delivering high‑quality, audit‑ready test outcomes. Skilled in collaborating with cross‑functional teams and driving clarity across testing phases.
  • Act as a Functional Test Lead within Life Sciences projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery aligned with GxP and FDA regulatory expectations.
  • Drive test planning, test design, execution, and reporting activities across Agile and SDLC environments.
  • Serve as the primary quality liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, regulatory groups, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Guide and support the testing team in defect management, requirement traceability, and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with validation processes, documentation standards, and audit‑ready deliverables (Test Protocols, Test Reports, RTM, etc.).

Your Profile

  • 4-12 years of experience in end‑to‑end functional testing activities including Functional Testing, FIT, UAT support, and regression cycles, ensuring complete coverage and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Create, review, and maintain test deliverables such as Test Cases, Test Protocols, Execution Reports, Defect Logs, and RTM in alignment with GxP and validation guidelines.
  • Manage and track defects using Jira (or similar tools), drive triage discussions, and ensure timely closure with development and business teams.
  • Facilitate Agile Incremental testing by participating in sprint ceremonies, refining acceptance criteria, and coordinating test readiness for each iteration.
  • Mentor junior testers, coordinate test execution efforts, and provide regular progress updates, risks, and mitigation plans to project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Domain knowledge in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, or other industries (as applicable).
