Experience In implementing and maintaining FICO- Falcon Fraud Manager suite.
Technical experience to deploy and maintain servers of the Falcon applications like Scoring Server, Couchbase, MUX, Case Manager, Expert.
Troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve all the Falcon technical issues.
Experience in upgrading the Falcon applications to latest versions.
Experience in Falcon BAU/Prod support.
Good understanding of Fraud/ AML domain
Falcon certification will add advantage.
