Job Description

Looking for a skilled F&DT Engineer with experience in CATIA V5 EHI and a strong foundation in architectural, civil, and electrical engineering. The role focuses on the design, integration, and documentation of electrical systems for building and public infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and model electrical harness installations using CATIA V5 EHI.
  • Collaborate with architectural and civil engineering teams to integrate electrical systems into building and infrastructure layouts.
  • Develop and maintain 2D/3D CAD drawings, schematics, and installation plans.
  • Ensure all designs comply with building codes, electrical standards, and project specifications.
  • Participate in design reviews, technical documentation, and coordination with construction and site teams.
  • Support the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOMs) and installation documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in electrical systems design for buildings or public works.
  • Proficiency in CATIA V5 EHI and other CAD tools.
  • Strong understanding of electrical installation practices, load distribution, and infrastructure integration.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary engineering environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with BIM workflows, construction documentation, and project lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of international electrical codes and safety regulations
