Long Description

Your Role

As a F&DT engineer, you will be responsible for the execution and leading of fatigue and damage tolerance activities of Primary Aircraft structures, along with the reporting of analysis results. You will work closely with onshore teams and the client to ensure highquality deliverables.

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for providing deliverables as per Analysis Point specifications, within agreed timescale, meeting the necessary quality standards and to customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the technical leads/teams at onshore and on the client side to mitigate challenges and propose workarounds
• Analysis and Validation of Metallic structures for Fatigue and Damage Tolerance (F&DT) requirements in the sizing and Certification phases
• Responsible for monitoring, tracking the project and publishing the dashboard on Weekly/Monthly review
• Create Stress documents like the ADCs, Certification reports, as per ACD6 and SSR requirements
• Mentor and support junior team members & freshers

• Achieve  the team KPI's and maintaining the Quality records for leading projects

• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and capability-building initiatives

Your Profile

• Graduate / Post Graduation in Mechanical/Aerospace/Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of execution and lead experience on any of the two main Aircraft Primary structures (NCF, Center Fuselage)
• Hands on lead experience on Metallic Primary structures F&DT Justification and Certification
• Hands on lead experience on the usage of GFEM/DFEM for F&DT analysis
• Strong Theoretical Knowledge in  Fatigue & Crack Propagation Analysis
• Able to create calculation templates with aid of excel formulae and VBA Macro / Python
• Exposure to Static strength analysis is an added advantage
• Good Experience in working with tools like Hyperworks, ISAMI (Spectrum Analysis, Fatigue and Crack Propagation modules, 1D/3D Joint models etc.), MSC. Patran and MSC. Nastran
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration
