Job Description

  • Present, promote and sell Solutions/services using proven arguments to existing and prospective customers 
  • Lead Generation, Qualifying, Negotiating and Closing opportunities for client with the objective of driving profitable growth
  • Researching, mapping, establishing, developing and maintaining positive relationships with prospects and client team members 
  • Building and leading Qualified Sales pipeline consistent with account strategy
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports 
  • Leading client relationship independently or with support from Client Partner or Client Leader; Listening to the client and working jointly to identify the client’s biggest engineering challenges, preferences and purchasing triggers 
  • Developing renewal business by understanding client context, upselling and cross-selling; Developing Case and return on investment; Providing strategic inputs to shape the client value proposition and crafting winning pitches. 

Primary Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Engineering,or a related field and Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration (MBA)
  • Minimum of 12 years of Business development & sales experience (70% hunter / 30% account management) selling engineering and technology services with a strong engineering background, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  • Professional Services Sales experience
  • Knowledge and expertise on emerging technologies in the telecommunications sector such as AI/ML, OSS/BSS, Private Networks, GenAI, Fixed Wireless Access, Enterprise Telco requirements, AR/VR, Open RAN etc.
  • Proven track record to build senior-level client relationships.
  • Great communication skills to entice and engage the customer to generate business leads & collaboration.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
