Your Role

Total Experience: 14-16 Years

Location: Bangalore

The Engagement Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end service delivery across SAP managed services (development, support, run & projects). This role requires strong SAP engagement management exposure, client governance, financial stewardship, and delivery excellence.
  • Owns end‑to‑end service delivery across SAP managed services, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and contractual adherence.
  • Manages day‑to‑day scope, budget, estimate-to-complete, and client communication.
  • Leads operational governance including incident, problem, change, and request management.
  • Acts as the primary client contact, driving stakeholder engagement, escalations, and service reviews.
  • Owns financial stewardship—budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, reporting, and invoice accuracy

Your Profile

  • SAP engagement management experience, including AMS + project delivery, with SAP ABAP or GTS exposure as an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes/tools, SLAs, KPIs, performance reporting, and operational governance.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (features, user stories, improvements, backlog handling).
  • Excellent client handling, communication, escalation management, and multi‑vendor coordination skills.
  • Preferable certifications: PMP, ITIL, with strong financial acumen across forecasting, budgeting, and ROI planning.
