Capgemini is seeking level executive for Engagement Director role.
Primary Skills
• Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end service delivery across multiple F&A accounts, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
• Client Relationship & Satisfaction: Act as the single point of contact for client organisations, resolving delivery-related issues and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to service line strategy, competitiveness, and growth initiatives.
• Transformation & Innovation: Lead industrialised innovation efforts, including automation, process reengineering, and digital enablement.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to contract terms, process controls, and regulatory requirements.
Secondary Skills
• 15+ years of experience in F&A service delivery.
• Expertise in F&A , with core expertise in O2C, P2P,
• Expertise in P&L management.
• Exposure in transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in either BPO or captive environment, with adaptability to both models.
• Strong commercial knowledge and ability to drive margin improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with global delivery models and multi-location teams.
