Job Description

  • Create the Diversity & Inclusion strategy & provide subject matter expertise across all D&I pillars through consulting and using evidenced based best practices, where possible, to drive results:
  • Researching and advising on diversity and inclusion issues and creating programs, training modules, and value around this
  • Designing and organizing various workshops on D&I awareness and sensitization programs across multiple locations and levels
  • Research and provide intel on the industry trends and policies, stay current on the D&I programs 
  • Managing internal/external communication for all D&I program / initiatives launch and branding 
  • Expand and grow the LGBTQ+ community and PWD community in the organization
  • Create dashboards and reporting for overall and initiatives being developed
  • Provide data analytics, reporting to leadership and liaising with relevant stakeholders
  • Budget and forecasts:
  • Month wise timely submission
  • Tract D&I budget requests and spending
  • Work with Procurement Team and Vendor Management
  • Project/Program Management:
  • Program management skills to deploy and drive across various locations
  • Design, launch & manage programs for women development, PwD, LGBTQIA+ population
  • Develop and improve relationships with current and new diversity organizations and partnerships

Primary Skills

  •  Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree
  • 15 + years of experience in corporate environment involving working in teams, interacting with the leadership team, managing diversity & inclusion projects, etc.
  • Experience in delivering complex programs to a business
  • Ability to understand and think though to dismantle systemic inequities from various D&I dimensions like:
  • LGBT+, Person with Disability, Gender, Generation and Unconscious Biases
  • Expertise in drawing meaningful insights from data to create strategy, tell a narrative and operationalize solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines while maintaining quality of work delivered
  • Strong cultural dexterity
  • Should be able to tap market intelligence and to connect with organizations working on inclusion 6. Demonstrates passion and interest in Diversity & Inclusion
