IT/OT Architect

Your Role
As an IT/OT Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated IT/OT architectures that enhance manufacturing efficiency and reliability. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and alignment with business goals.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement IT/OT architectures tailored to manufacturing environments.
- Evaluate and select technologies for system development and integration.
- Integrate IT systems with OT platforms such as SCADA, PLCs, MES, and ERP.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and developers.
- Document architecture, design decisions, and implementation strategies.
- Ensure quality standards and best practices in system integration.
- Implement cybersecurity measures across IT and OT systems.
- Lead IT/OT projects from conception to delivery.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/OT architecture, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, MES, ERP systems, and Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT/OT projects.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry trends.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, Microsoft Azure Architect, or relevant IT/OT credentials.
- Familiarity with the metal manufacturing industry is a plus.
