Digital Asset Implementation Lead

Your Role

• The Platform Health Implementation Lead is a hybrid role working with both the business and technology teams and encompassing both operational projects and strategic responsibilities.
• The role acts as the bridge between the business and technology teams, facilitating conversations and actioning requirements to continuously improve technology and processes in The Asset Bank.  
• They are responsible for overseeing the successful analysis and delivery of improvements to The Asset Bank platform, ensuring alignment across internal, business, technology, vendors, and partner teams, and supporting smooth delivery of change requests into business-as-usual operations.
• As a subject matter expert, they support leadership and operational teams, providing expert advice to support informed decision-making and effective delivery of strategic and operational objectives.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Acts as the primary point of contact for implementation of TAB improvements, owning delivery, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Leads the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements, including conducting stakeholder research, facilitating workshops and analysing stakeholder input, and applying data modelling.
• Provides solution analysis expertise, including impact assessments, risk assessment, and evaluation of alternative solutions.

• Translates requirements into clear change requests, working closely with vendors and internal teams to:
  • Create designs, wireframes, and mock-ups
  • Define system, data, and integration rules
  • Define workflow and map processes

• Creates and presents analysis deliverables in the form data, processes, system designs, proposals, and roadmaps to cross-functional teams, software partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinates project updates, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional internal teams, technology partners, and vendors.
• Supports leadership and operational teams with deep subject matter expertise in The Asset Bank, DAM technology and processes, and the Unilever implementation.
• Acts as a key point of reference for partner systems, Unilever teams, and agencies, senior stakeholders, ensuring strategic and operational alignment.
• Provides guidance and hands-on support to ensure:
• Smooth operational implementation
• Effective transition into BAU support post-integration
• Contributes to the ongoing health, stability, and evolution of the platform through proactive issue identification and continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

• Deep domain knowledge across business and technology functions.
• Expert subject matter expertise across Martech, especially DAM technologies,  processes and best practice.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical, business, and senior audiences.
• Strong client-facing capabilities, underpinned by high emotional intelligence and stakeholder awareness.

• Advanced business analysis skills, including:
  • Requirements elicitation and analysis techniques, including functional and non-functional requirements, gap analysis
  • Process mapping including use case modelling
  • Solution and impact analysis
  • Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Creating  and performing functional tests, organising and implementing UAT.
  • Data analysis
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Benefits identification and tracking
  • Risk and Issue analysis

• Ability to understand complex issues and distil them into clear, actionable insights.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies including:

• • Jira
  • Diagramming tools (e.g. Visio)
  • Documentation tools
  • API and Integration concepts
