Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled Stress Concessions Engineer with expertise in ATA Chapters 53 (Fuselage), 57 (Wings), and 52 (Doors) to support structural analysis and concessions activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering design, computer-aided engineering (CAE), and stress analysis, with experience using tools like ISAMI and CAESAM Desktop. This role involves evaluating non-conformances, performing structural assessments, and ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural analysis and concessions assessments for aircraft components under ATA 53, 57, and 52.
  • Use ISAMI and CAESAM Desktop tools for stress justification and documentation.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to evaluate and resolve non-conformances.
  • Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations and internal engineering standards.
  • Document analysis results and prepare technical reports for approval.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in stress analysis and concessions processes.

Primary Skills:

  • Stress Analysis & Concessions: Strong experience in structural assessment and concessions handling for ATA 53, 57, and 52.
  • CAE Tools: Proficiency in ISAMI, CAESAM Desktop, and CAD tools.
  • Engineering Design: Solid understanding of aircraft structures, materials, and load paths.
  • Simulation & Physics: Knowledge of physics simulations and structural behavior under load.
  • Technical Documentation: Ability to prepare and review stress reports and justifications.

Secondary Skills:

  • ERP & BPM Systems: Familiarity with SAP, ERP, and business process management tools.
  • Business & Management: Understanding of business administration, organization, and project coordination.
  • Data Handling: Basic knowledge of data management, computer simulation, and data analysis.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including design, quality, and manufacturing.
