Job Description

• Accountable for Service Availability, Performance, Incident resolution and Customer Satisfaction of assigned services.
• Carry out processes and tasks efficiently and expeditiously.
• Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement of applications / infrastructure.
• Review and assess customer feedback and utilize expertise to improve and refine services.
• Collaborate and strategize with management and Service Owners to simplify application / infrastructure landscape.
• Drive efforts to ensure Service Run issues are resolved and SLAs are met.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers by identifying and communicating customer needs and executing service delivery within the company context.
• Manage and deliver services with Customer first attitude to build and improve perception of Group IT.

Primary Skills

•            5+ years of experience in service delivery management (application / infrastructure maintenance and support experience) with specific experience in Service Run activities.

•            Experience in process improvement, project delivery, and data mining especially in software, infrastructure and/or product development.

•            MUST BE CUSTOMER FOCUSED, SOLUTIONS ORIENTED AND WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA STEP.

•            Strong customer service, project management, and quality control experience.

•            Proven teamwork skills and attention to detail.

•            Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•            Ability to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
