Datacenter Operations Lead

Your Role

  • Lead and govern Datacenter operations aligned with ITIL V4 and Capgemini delivery standards.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of operational services in line with SLAs and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor infrastructure health, performance KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Manage crisis situations and client escalations with front-end leadership and resolution planning.
  • Drive risk identification and mitigation strategies across Datacenter environments.
  • Oversee run projects and ensure smooth integration into operations within timelines and budgets.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Datacenter operations, service delivery, and client management.
  • Proven ability to manage large distributed teams (250+ resources) across geographies.
  • Strong understanding of Datacenter technologies: servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and monitoring tools.
  • ITIL V4 certified with hands-on experience in applying ITIL processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in financial management, cost optimization, and forecasting.
