Summary: Manages and maintains the databases used by the SDNO framework, such as MongoDB and MySQL. Ensures the availability, performance, and integrity of the databases.

Responsibilities:

• Administer MongoDB clusters and MySQL databases across all environments (DEV, PRE-PROD, PROD).
• Ensure database performance, availability, and data integrity.
• Perform routine maintenance including backups, restores, and updates.
• Support service configurations and application data management.
• Analyze logs and alarms for database-related issues.
• Collaborate with NSO and IAP teams for integrated service delivery.
• Able to work in 9x5 support during business hours (Italy time) and provide On-call support for P1/P2 incidents during non-business hours.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience with MongoDB (clustered environments) and MySQL.
• Familiarity with SDNO architecture and automation workflows.
• Experience with Splunk for log analysis and KNIME for reporting.
• Understanding of database security, permissions, and access control.
• Ability to work in a multi-environment setup with physical and virtual nodes.
