About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Scikit-learn. The ideal candidate will lead advanced analytics projects, design predictive models, and drive innovation in AI solutions to solve complex business problems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy machine learning models and deep learning architectures for large-scale data sets.Utilize Python and libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Pandas for data preprocessing, modeling, and evaluation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and translate them into data-driven solutions.Optimize model performance and ensure scalability for production environments.Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in coding, model development, and documentation.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and integrate them into projects.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in Python programming.Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras).Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.Experience: Minimum 5+ years in data science or related roles, with proven track record of delivering ML solutions.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
