Your Role

  • Designing Neo’s end‑to‑end data architecture across ingestion, storage, governance and exposure layers.
  • Defining integration patterns between Neo, Capgemini’s knowledge base and enterprise systems.
  • Ensuring data lineage, access control, encryption and compliance are consistently applied.
  • Collaborating with Structured Data Lead, AI teams and infra to ensure architectural consistency.
  • Advising on scalability and performance improvements, especially as more applications converge into Neo.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience designing data architectures for large platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud data tooling (GCP preferred), ETL/ELT flows, and API‑based data integration.
  • Familiarity with AI data pipelines and governance considerations.
  • Ability to work across engineering, AI, product, and enterprise architecture teams.
