Job Description

Provisioning and Configuration: Setting up and configuring Synapse workspaces, including SQL pools (SQL DW) and Apache Spark pools

Data Management: Ingesting, preparing, managing, and serving data for business intelligence and machine learning needs1.

Security and Access Control: Managing role-based access control (RBAC) roles, permissions, and scopes within the Synapse workspace.

Integration: Integrating Synapse with other Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and Azure Data Lake Storage

Monitoring and Optimization: Monitoring performance, optimizing queries, and managing resources to ensure efficient operation

Troubleshooting and Support: Providing support for issues related to Synapse Analytics and ensuring the smooth operation of the environment
