Your Role

D365 Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience, responsible for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects and delivering end-to-end CRM solutions. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage D365 CE projects with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Conduct functional design workshops, blueprint sessions, and requirements evaluations with stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps, and propose process maps and designs.
  • Configure applications using Power Platform, Power Automate, and D365 CE business processes.
  • Provide consulting on latest D365 CE offerings, including Gen AI and Copilot implementations.

Your Profile

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service; Marketing and Field Service optional).
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Functional architecture and solution design for CRM implementations.
  • Requirements gathering and business process mapping.
  • Latest D365 CE certifications (PL-200, MB-280, MB-230).
