Your Role
As a Systems Engineer with development skills, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing customer systems, particularly HBC+ and ALNA. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse system behaviour, identify patterns, and develop dashboards using Splunk. Your curiosity and autonomy will be essential in mastering complex systems and driving continuous improvement.
In this role, you will:
- Analyse system data and identify patterns to support customer operations.
- Work on HBC+ and ALNA systems to ensure stability and performance.
- Develop and specify dashboards using Splunk to visualize key metrics.
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability.
- Gain deep system knowledge through proactive exploration and learning.
- Operate independently while contributing to team goals and customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
- 4–9 years of experience in system engineering, development, or support roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Splunk, including dashboard creation.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and system optimization.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
