Your Role

As a Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer journey measurement solutions across digital touchpoints. You will work closely with data, product, and marketing teams to capture customer behavior, build journey insights, and enable data-driven decision making. Your expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics—or similar analytics platforms—will help the organization create seamless, personalized, and measurable customer experiences.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Building and maintaining data connections, schemas, and datasets within Customer Journey Analytics to ensure accurate cross-channel insights.
  • Implementing tagging, instrumentation, and custom data collection strategies using Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Launch, or other tag management systems.
  • Designing customer journey dashboards, visualizations, and metrics to help stakeholders analyze performance and optimize experiences.
  • Developing advanced data transformations, calculated metrics, and stitched customer profiles across touchpoints.
  • Working with product managers, marketers, and UX teams to translate business requirements into robust analytics solutions.
  • Troubleshooting data discrepancies, validating tracking implementations, and ensuring data quality and governance.
  • Collaborating with data engineering teams to integrate online and offline data sources into journey analytics.
  • Supporting experimentation initiatives by structuring measurement plans and ensuring proper instrumentation.
  • Documenting data definitions, tracking approaches, governance frameworks, and analytics workflows.

Your Profile

You are a data-focused digital analytics professional with hands-on experience in Customer Journey Analytics platforms. You enjoy building measurement foundations, solving complex data challenges, and enabling teams with actionable insights. You are detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    Expertise in Adobe CJA, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar tools for cross‑channel customer journey measurement.
