Your role
As the lead of the Offshore Group Functions and Cloud Infrastructure Compensation Team, you will support the CIS Global Business Line and Group Support Functions compensation deliverables by acting as a key compensation techno-functional expert
In this role you will play a key role in
- Prepare annual compensation budget templates including salaries and variable pay targets.
- Conduct statistical analysis, data modeling, and participate in salary surveys.
- Provide market pricing insights and consult on benchmarking, salary planning, and hiring rates.
- Executive Variable Compensation: Validate VC eligibility and targets; issue VC letters with role-based KPIs
- Calculate VC payouts based on business and individual performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Finance for accruals and prepare reports for leadership review.
- Total Rewards Programs: Support Long-Term Incentive (LTI) process and audit incentive rules.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and compensation models.
- Contribute to group-level projects and system design enhancements.
Your profile
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or Operations, including 8+ years of core expertise in Compensation & Benefits
- Post-graduate degree, preferably in HR from reputed B-Schools
- Proven global exposure in Compensation & Benefits
- Proven people management experience (leading a team of 2–3 members)
- Experience managing compensation for large-scale organizations (10,000+ employees)
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VBA, macros, pivot tables, dashboards, etc.)
- Solid finance and business acumen
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors reward modules and HRIS systems (preferred)
