Your Profile

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Dell EMC Compellent / SC Series storage arrays
  • Solid understanding of:
    • SAN/NAS concepts
    • Fibre Channel (FC) and iSCSI protocols
  • Experience in:
    • Storage provisioning and performance tuning
    • RAID configurations and tiered storage
    • Snapshots, replication, and backup strategies
  • Knowledge of:
    • Storage networking (zoning, multipathing)
  • Experience working with virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in storage and infrastructure environments

Your Role

  • Design, implement, and manage Dell EMC Compellent (SC Series) storage solutions in enterprise environments
  • Perform storage provisioning, configuration, and capacity planning to meet business requirements
  • Monitor and optimize storage performance, availability, and scalability
  • Handle installation, upgrades, and migrations of storage arrays and related infrastructure
  • Configure and manage:
    • RAID groups, volumes, storage tiers
    • Replication (Live Volume, Remote Instant Replay)
    • Snapshots and backups
  • Troubleshoot storage, SAN, and connectivity issues (FC/iSCSI)
  • Integrate storage with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams for seamless operations
  • Ensure data protection, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies are in place
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and follow operational best practices
