Your Role

 

We are seeking experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultants specializing in Order Management (OM) to join our Oracle Practice. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, with a focus on Order Management processes, solution design, configuration, and support.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Order Management processes.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM) solutions.
  • Lead fit-gap analysis sessions and recommend best-practice solutions.
  • Configure order orchestration, fulfillment flows, pricing, shipping, and return management processes.
  • Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Support functional testing, SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.

Your Profile

  • Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and training materials.
  • Work closely with integration teams for SCM, ERP, Logistics, and third-party system integrations.
  • Provide post-go-live support and resolve business-critical issues.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM).
  • Experience in: Order Capture & Processing, Order Promising, Order Fulfilment, Return Management, Back-to-Back Orders, Drop Ship Orders, Internal Material Transfers, Order Orchestration, Pricing Administration, Shipping Execution
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and support activities.
  • Ability to prepare functional specifications and support technical development teams.
