Your Role

We are hiring a Cloud Engineer for Bangalore with 4-6 Years strong expertise in Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, and automation workflows. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise administration, security, LumApps integration, and automation using AppSheet and Google Apps Script to enhance digital workplace efficiency.

 

  • Experience with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, Security, and Vault
  • Govern and manage the AppSheet Enterprise Admin Console, ensuring compliance, licensing control, and application oversight
  • Oversee LumApps administration with deep Google Workspace integration, OU/group sync, and content targeting
  • Perform advanced security tasks including SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration, auditing, and domain compliance
  • Execute complex lifecycle management operations such as provisioning, de-provisioning, and large-scale data migrations
  • Develop automation solutions using Google Apps Script or Python to eliminate manual IT workflows
  • Diagnose issues across Google Workspace, Apps Script, AppSheet, and LumApps to differentiate code defects from platform limitations
  • Integrate IT tools and automate workflows using Google Workspace APIs, BigQuery, and Looker Studio reporting
  • Manage end‑to‑end incident resolution through ServiceNow while adhering to ITIL processes and strict SLAs
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation, Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), and process improvements

 

Your Profile

  • Working experience and knowledge of Google Workspace administration, security, and compliance
  • Hands-on experience with AppSheet, Google Apps Script, and automation workflows
  • Strong understanding of LumApps platform configuration and integrations
  • Advanced ITSM experience with ServiceNow and solid grounding in ITIL practices
  • Strong identity management knowledge including SSO, SAML, and 2-Step Verification
