Client Delivery Partner

Role Description

This person will manage delivery for a US Client Account for multiple geographies with multiple service lines involving Infrastructure support, Business Services, and IT Application Delivery.

  • Manage Client Relationships, steering committees, and overall account growth. Sharp focus on GCC growth in India encompassing digital innovation
  •  Responsible for delivery oversight and direction for the assigned PF
  • Handle large teams of 1500+ full time employees for clients
  • Organize Status Reviews with Account Executive drive Portfolio Financial & Operational KPIs
  • Manage budgets in the excess of USD 100MN
  • Create and implement the Account roadmap across all service lines
  • Define and Drive strategic direction in terms of technology/workforce for the account

Ideal Candidate

Our Ideal Candidate is expected with competencies to make decisions and implement in dynamic environment

He/She/They will have 20-25 years of experience in Managing Client Relationship with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.

a.      Experience in end-to-end delivery/program management of large programs is a must
b.      Ability to drive geographically distributed teams across US and India
c.      Leadership experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operations
d.      Thorough Knowledge of contract management & financial management
e.      Knowledge of application development and test methodologies/lifecycles is preferred
f.       Hands on and can-do attitude whilst demonstrating highest business ethics and compliance
g.      Ability to coach Program/Project Managers is desirable
h.      Business level fluency in English is required
i.       Proven experience in delivering digital projects
j.       Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
k.      Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
l.       Understanding of the digital landscape
m.    Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams
