Citrix Administration
Your Role
- Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, and related Citrix technologies.
- Manage and operate large‑scale VDI environments including Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot FSLogix profiles and user profile management.
- Design and implement technical solutions within the Citrix and Azure virtualization ecosystem.
- Translate business/user requirements into stable, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 support for Citrix, AVD, Windows 365, and Azure VDI infrastructure.
- Monitor virtualization environments and ensure the reliability, performance, and security of services.
- Execute standardized operational processes, system maintenance, and service procedures.
- Participate in cost estimation for medium‑complexity technology subprojects.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in services, configurations, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize virtualization workloads.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards (GxP knowledge is a plus).
Your Profile
- Strong hands-on experience in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix DaaS, and complex virtualization environments.
- Proficient in managing Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and enterprise VDI infrastructures.
- Skilled in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting FSLogix user profile management.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services related to virtualization and workspace delivery.
- Experienced in executing standardized operational processes, system administration, and L2/L3 technical support.
- Ability to design, implement, and support virtualization solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Adept at translating user needs into reliable, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
- Capable of monitoring environments, resolving performance issues, and ensuring service uptime.
- Experience contributing to cost estimation, planning, and execution of medium‑complexity technical subprojects.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement of services, performance, and operational processes.
- Familiarity with GxP compliance (added advantage, not mandatory).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
