Detailed Job Description:

• Conditioning and design within a given technology field (primary Citrix Knowledge in legacy products of Citrix Operation of complex virtualization technologies based on Citrix, Windows 365, Azure Desktop
• Experience in performing standardized process steps in system operation, support or development
• GxP experience is beneficial (good to have), but not mandatory
• Skills/Tasks Implementation and / or monitoring of implementation of concepts and the introduction of operational quality assurance measures Transfer of user requirements in reliable and functioning concepts;
• Performance of Second and Third-Level Support in the given technological environment
• Contribution to the preparation of the cost estimate for technology-related subprojects and services of medium complexity
• Identification and initiation Continuous improvements in services and processes in a medium complexity technology environment
• Advice, implementation or development of medium complexity technologies and services
