Required Skills

• Managing the lifecycle of all the changes and to minimize the impact of incidents.
• End to End IT Change and Service Management & Execution.
• Requirement gathering & Analysis of the situation.
• Plan, coordinate and control the restoration of complex and high impact system changes that occur within the production environment.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain Incident, Change reports in a common database and have a weekly consolidated report published to the team.
• Update and Leads the change advisory board (CAB)
• Facilitate and perform Change process to identify causes of critical incidents and follow-up on preventive Action items.
• Conduct Daily meetings with client and in-house technical teams to work on preventive action items for Change management.
