Job Description

  • Min yrs experience : 6 years 
  • Skill: Configuration management, project management ,excel, reporting
  • Be the SPOC for CMDB Operations and Projects 
  • Build the CMDB Vision and future projects projection
  • Ensure CIP(Continuous Improvement Plan) are well registered and implemented
  • Drive Projects as technical Business Analyst for CMDB process
  • Define and implement CMDB Governance model and IT4IT & Transformation roadmap (CMDB Accuracy, completeness etc),
  • Working on Feedback from the Stakeholders
  • Maintain strong and close relationships with configuration management key stakeholders including service owners, application owners, architects and IS&T Directors
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication methods for new and existing CMDB strategy , priorities and governance
  • Evaluate CMDB process adaption with CMDB Stakeholders and users
  • Ensure OTD is accomplished, for every CMDB projects
  • Vendor Management
