CAR Lead / Architect

Your Role

• Lead SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) implementations, including architecture design and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements across POS data processing, demand forecasting, and inventory visibility.
• Configure and manage CAR components such as POS Data Transfer & Audit (POSDTA), Inventory Visibility, and OAA (Omnichannel Article Availability).
• Drive integration with SAP S/4HANA, IS-Retail, SD, and external systems for seamless real-time data flow.
• Provide leadership in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous enhancements of CAR landscape.

Your Profile

• 9+ years of experience in SAP CAR / Retail solutions with strong expertise in data integration and omnichannel processes.
• Hands-on experience in CAR modules like POSDTA, OAA, UDF (Unified Demand Forecast), and real-time inventory management.
• Strong understanding of integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Retail/IS-Retail, and other logistics systems.
• Experience in handling large data volumes, system architecture, and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to lead teams and engage with business users.
