Your Role
- 4–9 years of relevant work experience.
- Service-oriented, acting as the main technical interlocutor for customer teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (data gathering, compiling information, preparing reports).
- Accountability and proactivity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively in multicultural environments.
- Good project management, change management, and tracking skills.
- Dynamic and effective team player.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Solid understanding of the airline IT landscape, especially in reservation, ticketing, and document lifecycle management.
Your Profile
- Knowledge of ticket issuance, exchange/refund processes, and ability to analyze and interpret data during migration or mapping activities.
- Capacity to troubleshoot functional issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with R&D and product teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-team, multi-stakeholder environment while maintaining ownership of functional deliverables.
- Additional skills (added advantage): knowledge of fares filing, fare family, ancillaries, fare structures on platforms, ARD Web.
- Holds an engineering degree or university degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT work experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with airline reservation, ticketing IT solutions, ancillaries, fares and offers, and Altea Reservation system (added advantage).
- IATA certifications (optional).
- Willing to travel as needed (ad-hoc, especially to support rehearsal/cutover during PSS programs or to deliver consultancy services).
