Your role

  • Certified in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2/N3) with strong English bilingual communication skills.
  • 6 months to 9 years in bilingual roles; freshers with Japanese language certification are welcome.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Cloud), OS (Windows/Linux), and tools like ITIL, ServiceNow is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts for PAN India operations.

Your profile

  • Manage and monitor IT infrastructure in a 24x7 environment ensuring uptime and performance.
  • Provide operational support and resolve incidents promptly following ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • Act as a bilingual liaison between Japanese and English-speaking teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Work on servers, networks, cloud platforms (AWS, VMware, IT infrastructure), and middleware tools as per project needs.
  • Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.
