Your Role

  • Define end‑to‑end automation architectures, frameworks, and standards to ensure scalable, consistent, and high‑quality automation delivery.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective automation solutions.
  • Oversee solution design, code reviews, and implementation to ensure alignment with best practices and architectural guidelines.
  • Mentor and guide automation developers while driving standardization, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage priorities, monitor platform performance, and drive optimization, innovation, and timely delivery across automation initiatives.

 

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in automation architecture, solution design, or leading automation teams, with strong expertise in enterprise automation platforms and tools.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective, scalable automation solutions and architectures.
  • Strong experience in reviewing automation designs, enforcing coding standards, and driving best practices across development teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor team members, manage priorities, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration for end‑to‑end delivery.
  • Solid understanding of automation lifecycle practices including documentation, testing, CI/CD, version control, and performance optimization.
