Audit compliance Lead

Your Role

• Lead the Audit, Risk, and Compliance function within Group IT, reporting directly to the Director of Audit, Risk & Compliance.
• Manage a core team through full people‑management responsibilities including 1:1s, check‑ins, performance reviews, training plans, and disciplinary matters.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver all regulatory audits, compliance assessments, and risk management activities across Group IT.
• Oversee and improve security awareness programs, policy and standards development, and strategic enhancement of related processes.
• Manage audit engagements end-to‑end, including auditor liaison, escalation management, validation of findings, and remediation tracking.

Your Profile

• 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing Windows AD and Azure AD enterprise identity architectures.
• Proven expertise in IAM technologies including LDAP, ADFS, Azure AD, PKI, and certificate-based authentication.
• Strong background in audit management, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation.
• Experience conducting compliance assessments against major security standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ITGC, SOC2).
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
