Job Description
Involve in support / minor enhancement activities.
Provide support on L1/L2 tickets, Analyze the issue and identify the root cause
Work on the service requests assigned, close tickets in agreed SLA
Support in providing ad-hoc report requests
Co-ordinate with vendor /L3 teams with technical details
Understand existing process, system functionalities and interfaces.
Provide suggestion for improvement.
Primary Skills
Should have 4-5 year of experience in Yardi application support.
Possess good knowledge in Yardi functionality across modules
Should have good analytical skills and knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of ITIL process, ServiceNow is preferred.
Knowledge on capital investment is preferred.
Capable to quickly learn new things and adapt to a new environment
Should have Good Communication and client interaction Skills.
