Primary Skiils
- Provide technical support for enterprise applications, ensuring their high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with development teams when necessary.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
- Maintain documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on application performance.
- Manage the end-to-end change management process in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Assess, plan, and implement changes to IT systems and applications, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Coordinate with the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to review and approve change requests.
- Maintain a change schedule and ensure all changes are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of changes and identify areas for improvement.
Secondary Skills
Incident Management:
Assist in managing and resolving incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Participate in incident review meetings and contribute to root cause analysis.
Problem Management:
Identify recurring issues and work on long-term solutions to prevent future incidents.
Collaborate with other IT teams to implement problem management processes.
