Android HMI Consultant

Your Role

• Design and develop Android applications and framework-level components using Java/Kotlin.
• Customize and extend the Android Framework for automotive HMI use cases.
• Work on automotive platforms such as Android Alliance OS (Renault).
• Develop solutions using architectures and frameworks like MVVM, Jetpack, and Compose.
• Implement unit tests, perform thorough debugging, and utilize Android debugging tools.
• Ensure high-quality, reliable Android HMI solutions through strong debugging and analytical skills

Your Profile

• Overall 10+ years experience, strong expertise in Android application development using Java/Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of the Android Framework and its customization.
• Experience working with Android Alliance OS or similar automotive Android platforms.
• Proficiency in architectural patterns such as MVVM and Android Jetpack libraries; hands-on with Compose UI.
• Expertise in unit testing, Android debugging tools, and performance analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills for complex Android system issues.
• Working knowledge of C++.
• Experience in automotive software development environments.
• Hands-on exposure to HMI frameworks like Unity, Kanzi, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins.
