Your Role
As an Agentic AI Architect – HR operations, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI-driven architectures that enable intelligent, autonomous workflows across the Azure ecosystem. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions that leverage Azure, Azure AI services, and Lang chain, Lang graph, databricks ,MosicAI, driving digital transformation through Agentic AI capabilities.
You will define end-to-end architecture standards, integrate AI agents into business processes, and ensure solutions are optimized for performance, cost-efficiency, and governance across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Your expertise will help organizations adopt Responsible AI principles while delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Should have exposure to Agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or Semantic Kernal, Databrciks Mosaic AI etc.
- Architect Agentic AI solutions using Databricks, Azure MS AI foundry, Azure AI.
- Design AI workflows and orchestration frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI governance in all solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical architecture with business objectives.
- Define best practices for scalability, performance optimization, and cost control.
- Advise on AI lifecycle management, including monitoring and continuous improvement.
Your Profile
- Deep expertise in Azure AI foundry, Databricks ,snowflake, Data pipeline,autonomous AI agent technologies—such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture and multi-cloud integration.
- Experience with Responsible AI frameworks, bias detection, and compliance.
- Ability to design agentic workflows and integrate AI into enterprise systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and solution advisory skills.
- Knowledge of Databricks, snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and data analytics workflows.
- Hands on experience in Gen ai workflows, Agentic Workflows, Tool Calling and Multi-Agent Orchestration:
