Adobe Workfront Lead

We are looking for a Senior Adobe Workfront Consultant with 6+ years of experience to assess, design, implement, and optimize enterprise work management solutions on the Adobe Workfront platform. You will partner with business stakeholders to streamline processes, lead implementations, and ensure successful adoption through best‑practice configuration, integration, and ongoing support.

• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation of Adobe Workfront configurations, upgrades, and enhancements aligned to business processes.
• Act as a Workfront subject matter expert, managing administration activities such as user access, security roles, licensing, and environment setup.
• Design and implement automation and integrations using Workfront Fusion, providing post‑deployment support for integration‑related issues.
• Collaborate with business users to build prototypes, recommend best‑practice solutions, and drive continuous process optimization.
• Deliver user training, support quarterly Workfront updates, and create operational reports and insights using Excel (pivot tables, charts).
• Work closely with Pre‑Sales, Architects, Delivery Managers, and Project Managers, leading technical discussions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills with a hands‑on, results‑driven mindset.
