Job Description
Account Cybersecurity Lead (ACL) is required to work at account level, having specialized expertise in cybersecurity to oversee all projects to make sure that all aspects of security governance are addressed including the below responsibilities. ACL will manage Account-wide Cyber Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance with Capgemini Cyber Policies, Client Contractual Obligations, and applicable laws/regulations throughout the full Account Lifecycle.
Risk and Compliance
Manage Cyber Risk and drive Cyber Compliance with Group Policies, client contracts, industry standards, and regional laws and regulations
-Manage Cyber Risk for the Account
-Ensure Client Contractual Cyber Obligations are tracked for compliance
-Support enforcement of Capgemini Policy framework within Account Delivery Towers
-Control supplier relationship
Governance & Awareness
Account oversight with formal Cyber Steering Committee, Cyber Acculturation, and actionable Cyber reporting.
-Manages client relationship and operational trust regarding cybersecurity to provide visibility and clarity both on client and Capgemini sides on risk level over their scope of account(s)
-Manage Industry requirements & expectation in alignment with Group Cybersecurity Policy framework
-Coordinate Communication & Awareness within the Client ecosystem
-Manage Reports & Metrics

-Support stakeholders in understanding client requirements
