Your Role

  • Key contributor in software engineering projects, responsible for development, optimization, and leadership.
  • Develops, maintains, and optimizes software solutions and applications.
  • Exercises original thought and judgment in technical and administrative supervision.
  • Builds expertise aligned with professional community standards for software engineers.
  • Collaborates effectively with peers and stakeholders, acting as a team player.
  • Manages project costs and drives the team to meet technical and commercial goals.

Your Profile

  • Candidate with 4–6 years of experience in software development and engineering practices.
  • Applies scientific methods to analyze and solve complex software engineering problems.
  •  Demonstrates deep understanding of programming concepts, software design, and development principles.
  • Works autonomously with minimal supervision and leads technical activities within a team.
  •  Proactively understands client needs and offers solutions, even without being prompted.
  •  Explains complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and motivates team members.
