Job Description

AIML Development Lead

Location :- Bangalore
Experience :- 6-9 Years

Your Role

As a Senior R&D Developer, you will take ownership of the design and development of GenAI‑powered and Agentic AI applications. You will translate conceptual ideas into working prototypes, contribute to production-grade coding, and partner closely with researchers and engineering teams to shape advanced AI capabilities.

In this role, you will:

  • Hands-on Development: Actively participate in designing, developing, and prototyping new features and enhancements for GenAI and Agentic AI platforms.
  • Proof of Concept (POC) Development: Build and present functional POCs to validate new ideas, test feasibility, and explore emerging application areas for GenAI Agents.
  • Code Contribution: Write efficient, scalable Python code for research, prototyping, and production‑aligned development initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Strong expertise in GenAI agent development platforms or SDKs; familiarity with AWS Bedrock is a significant advantage.
  • Deep understanding of GenAI Agent architectures, orchestration principles, and real-world implementation patterns.
  • Solid understanding of foundation models, their capabilities, constraints, and techniques for practical integration.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including experience in developing and deploying applications.
