AI Product Manager

Your Role

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven products and capabilities, from problem discovery and requirement definition through delivery and user adoption. 

• Lead business requirement gathering and solution shaping by engaging with stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and working sessions. 

• Convert business problems into clear, actionable product and functional requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with product objectives. 

• Provide functional leadership to cross-functional delivery teams, including Business Analysts, developers, data scientists, and ML engineers. 

Your Profile

• Apply agile ways of working pragmatically to support incremental delivery and prioritization; formal scrum practices and ceremonies are leveraged where appropriate, but not rigidly enforced. 

• Translate AI and GenAI concepts into meaningful product features, including: Large Language Model (LLM)–based solutions, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches.

• Ensure AI solutions adhere to enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards, working closely with data and architecture teams. 

• Contribute to product roadmap definition, release planning, dependency management, and value realization tracking.
